Online Learning Featured at National Day School Conference

The Jewish Education Project and JESNA, with support from the Avi Chai Foundation, hosted a reception at the recent North American Jewish Day School Conference in Atlanta.  65 educators, administrators and lay people attended the reception to learn more about our Digital J Learning network.   Through the network, 18 day schools and yeshivot in North America are exploring cutting edge technology and applications for online learning in Jewish education .  At the reception, attendees received an overview of the program and were able to network with other day school educators who are interested in online and blended learning possibilities for their classroom.  Everyone left energized and excited about the opportunities that online learning can provide for their students and schools.

Congratulations to Rhona Berber of Solomon Schechter Day School of Raritan Valley on winning the iPad 2 raffle at the reception!
